Article 1000: Admission by the Commissioner of a Commission performing a contract

The Commissioner is required to: accept from the commissioner all the commission performed under the contract; inspect the property purchased for him by the commissioner and notify the commissioner without delay of the assets found in the commission. The commissioner was released from the commissioner’s obligations to a third party on commission.
