Article 1008. Agent ' s reports

1. During the performance of an agent ' s contract, the agent is required to submit reports to the principal in the manner and within the time limits provided for by the contract. 2. Unless otherwise provided in the agency contract, the agent ' s report must be accompanied by the necessary evidence. 3. A principal who objects to an agent ' s report must inform the agent within thirty days of receipt of the report if he or she has agreed to do so. Otherwise, the report is considered to be an accepted principle.
