Article 1020: Rights and duties of the trustee

1. The trustee shall exercise, within the limits prescribed by law and by agreement of the trust in the property, the right of the owner in respect of the property transferred to the trust 2. The trustee shall administer real estate in the cases provided for in the trust agreement. Responsibilities arising from such actions shall be included in the assets entrusted to the trust. 3. In order to protect the rights to property held in trust, the trustee has the right to demand any remedy for the violation. 4. The trustee shall submit to the founder of the administration and to the beneficiary a report on his/her activities within the time and in the manner prescribed by the contract.
