Article 1031: Obligations of the right holder

1. The right holder is obliged to provide the user with technical and commercial documentation and other information necessary for the user to exercise the rights granted to him under the contract 2. The owner is obliged: to ensure that the right to use the exclusive property of the right holder is registered by the State.
