Article 1054: Unspoken partnership

1. A simple partnership contract may provide that its existence is not disclosed to third parties (an unspoken partnership). 2. In their relations with third parties, each of the parties to the agreement shall be entitled to a contract of mere partnership, unless otherwise provided in this article or derived from the substance of the undisclosed partnership. 3. In the relations between the comrades, obligations arising in the course of the process their joint activities are considered to be common.
