Article 1102. Obligation to return unjustified enrichment

1. A person who, without legal or other acts or a transaction of grounds, has acquired or saved property (the acquisitioner) at the expense of another person (the victim) shall be obliged to return the effects 2. The regulations provided for in the present Code shall apply only to goods that have been acquired or saved without justification, except in the cases provided for in article 1109 of the present Code. Whether the unjustified enrichment was the result of the conduct of the buyer of the property, the victim himself, or third persons or not.
