Article 1114. Time of the opening of the inheritance

1. The time of the discovery of the inheritance shall be the time of the death of the citizen; when a citizen is declared dead the day of the opening of the inheritance shall be the day of the entry into force of the court ' s decision declaring the national to be a citizen. In the event that the death of a citizen is recognized as the day of his or her alleged death, the date and time of his or her death referred to in the judgement, in accordance with article 45, paragraph 3, of the present Code. 2.
