Article 1170: Compensation for the disproportionateity of the inheritance property received with the inheritance share

1. Proportionality of inheritance property claimed by the heir under articles 1168 to 1,169 of the present Code, with the heir ' s inheritance and is removed by the heir from transferring to the rest of the heirs other property from the estate or from providing other compensation, including payment of the corresponding sum of money.
