Article 1199: The law to be applied to guardianship and guardianship

1. The guardianship or guardianship of minors, disabled or disabled adults shall be established and abolished by personal law of the person in respect of whom 2. The duty of the guardian(s) to accept the guardianship(s) is determined by the personal law of the person appointed by the guardian(s). 3. The relationship between a guardian (guardian) and a person under guardianship (guardian) is determined by the law of the country whose establishment the guardian (guardian) has appointed. A person under guardianship (guardian) has a place of residence in the Russian Federation and Russian law applies if it is more favourable to that person.
