Article 1225. Secured intellectual outcomes and means of individualization

1. Results of intellectual activities and related means of individualizing legal persons, goods, works, services and enterprises to which legal protection is granted (intellect) ) are: (1) works of science, literature and art; (2) programmes for computer machines (computer software); (3) databases; (4) completions; (5) photophonograms ; 6) radio or television broadcasting or cable broadcasting (radio or cable broadcasting organizations); (7) inventions; (8) useful models; (9) industrial samples; (10) village extension 11) integrated circuit pathology; 12) production secrets (know-how); 13) business names; 14) product and service signs; 14.1) geographical indications; 15) place names 2. Intellectual property is protected by law.
