Article 1251: Protection of personal non-material rights

1. In the event of a violation of the author ' s personal non-pecuniary rights, they shall be protected by, inter alia, the recognition of the right, the restoration of the situation which existed prior to the violation of the right, the suppression of acts of torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment. 2. The provisions set forth in paragraph 1 of this article shall apply; I am also concerned with the protection of the rights provided for in article 1240, paragraph 4, article 1260, paragraph 7, article 1263, paragraph 4, article 1295, paragraph 4, article 1323, paragraph 1, article 1333, paragraph 2, and article 1, paragraph 1, paragraph 2, 3. Protection of the author ' s honour, dignity and business reputation is carried out in accordance with the rules of articles 152 of the present Code.
