Article 1272 Distribution of original or published works

If the original or copies of the work have been legally introduced into civil traffic in the territory of the Russian Federation by sale or other disposition, further distribution of the original or the executory Emplars of the work are allowed without the consent of the right holder and without payment of remuneration, except in the case provided for in article 1293 of the present Code.
