Article 1308.1 Transfer of exclusive rights to objects of related inheritance rights

Exceptional rights to perform, phonogram, broadcast or cable radio, television, databases, and works of science, literature and art published Once they have been transferred to the public domain, the provisions on the transfer of the exclusive right to produce by inheritance are applicable accordingly (art. 1283).
