Article 1309: Technical remedies for the protection of related rights

Any technology, technical device or its components that controls access to an object of related rights, prevents or restricts actions that are not authorized by law The provisions of articles 1299 and 1311 of the present Code apply accordingly to such a facility (technical means for the protection of related rights).
