Article 1314: Successive rights to joint execution

1. Related rights of joint execution shall be vested in the jointly participated members of the performing group (actors engaged in the performance, orchestrates and other members of the collective). 2. Related rights of joint execution shall be implemented by the leader of the implementing team and, in his absence, by the members of the performing team together, unless otherwise provided for in the agreement between them. It is not for any member of the performing group to prohibit its use without sufficient justification. Visible from other elements, i.e. an element of independent importance, can be used by the person who created it, at his discretion, if the agreement between the members of the collective is executed 3. The rules of paragraph 3 (100) shall apply to the relations of the members of the performing group relating to the distribution of the income from the use of joint execution, respectively. 4. Each of the members of the group of perpetrators has the right to take measures to protect their related rights to joint execution, including in the event that they do so, and the filling forms an inseparable whole.
