Article 1344 Distribution of original or copies of a work protected by the exclusive right of the publisher

If the original or copies of a work published in accordance with this paragraph are legally introduced into civil circulation by sale or other disposition, further dissemination any original or copies shall be allowed without the approval of the publisher or payment of remuneration.
