Article 1347. Author of invention, useful model or industrial design

The author of an invention, a useful model or an industrial model is a citizen whose creative work has produced an intellectual result. The author in an application for a patent for an invention, a useful model or an industrial sample is considered to be the author of an invention, a useful model or an industrial design, unless otherwise proven.
