Article 1360: Use of invention, useful model or industrial design in the interests of national security

1. The Government of the Russian Federation has the right to take a decision on confessions in cases of extreme need relating to the defence and security of the State and the protection of the life and health of citizens. 2. Methodology for the use of an invention, a useful model or an industrial design without the patent holder ' s consent, with notice as soon as possible and with proportionate compensation. The amount of compensation and the manner in which it is paid are approved by the Government of the Russian Federation.
