Article 1403: Change of secrecy and declassification of inventions

1. Changes in secrecy and declassification of inventions, as well as changes and withdrawals of secrecy from the application documents and from the patent for the secret invention, shall be carried out in accordance with the procedure, 2. When the secrecy of the invention is increased, the Federal Intellectual Property Authority transmits the application documents. Further consideration of an application for a secret invention, depending on their thematic affiliation, to the competent authority. In order to reduce the secrecy of the invention, further consideration of the application for a secret invention has been carried out. 3. When the invention is declassified, the authorized authority shall transmit the declassified documents of the application for invention to the competent authority. Further consideration of an application which, at the time of declassification, has not been completed by an authorized authority, is implemented by a designated federal authority.
