Article 1404: Confinement of a patent for a secret invention issued by an authorized authority

Objection to the granting by an authorized authority of a patent for a secret invention on the grounds provided for in article 1398, paragraph 1, subparagraphs 1 to 4, of the present Code shall be submitted to the Commissioner of the Organization. The decision of the authorized body taken on objection shall be approved by the head of that body, shall enter into force on the date of its approval and may be small and medium-sized.
