Article 1424: Period of validity of the exclusive right to breed

1. The period of validity of the exclusive right to a breeding achievement and a patent certifying that right shall be calculated from the date of the State registration of the selection achievement in the State Register 2. In the varieties of grapes, wood ornamentals, fruit crops and forest species, including their sub-soils, the duration of the exclusive ground shall be 30 years. The patent holder is 35 years old.
