Article 1433: Application for a patent for a breeding achievement

1. An application for a patent for a breeding achievement (approach for a patent) shall be submitted to the federal executive authority by a person entitled to receive c. 2. An application for a patent must contain: (1) an application for a patent, indicating the author of the selection achievement and the person in whose name the patent is issued. The patent and the residence or location of each of them are requested; (2) the survey of the selection achievement; (3) the application requirements for the application for the registration of the applicant are no longer valid as of 1 October 2014. 4. A request for extradition shall be made by the Federal Executive Authority responsible for the regulation of the agricultural sector, in accordance with this Code. 5. The documents referred to in paragraph 2 of this article shall be submitted in Russian or in another language. A translation into Russian is attached to the application for a patent.
