Article 1443: Publication of information on selection achievements

1. The Federal Executive Authority shall issue an official bulletin on the progress of the selection process, in which it shall publish information on: (1) applications for a patent, indicating the date of the prioritisation. the selection accomplishment, the name or the name of the applicant, the name of the selection accomplishment, and the name of the author of the selection achievement, if the latter has not refused to be mentioned in the swing (2) on decisions taken on the application for a patent; (3) on changes in the names of the selection advances; (4) on invalidation of patents on selection advances; 2. After the publication of the information on the application for a patent for a breeding achievement and the decision taken on the application, any person has the right to consult the materials of the application.
