Article 1465. Secret of proceedings (know-how)

1. The secret of proceedings (know-how) shall recognize information of any nature (production, technical, economic, organizational and other) on the results of intellectual activities in science and technology. and on the way in which professional activities are carried out that are of real or potential commercial value by reason of their unknownness to third parties, if any Third-party pits do not have free legal access and the holder of such information shall take reasonable steps to respect their confidentiality, including through the introduction of a commercial titling regime. 2. The secret of proceedings may not be recognized as information the disclosure of which is required or the inadmissibility of restriction of access to which is prescribed by law or other legal act.
