Article 1470: Service secrecy of proceedings

1. The exclusive right to the secret of the proceedings created by the employee in connection with the performance of his or her duties or the specific task of the employer (service secret of the proceedings) is vested in him or her. 2. A citizen who has become aware of the secret of the proceedings in connection with the performance of his or her duties or specific tasks is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of his or her sex.
