Article 1476: Relationship between trade name rights and trade mark and service mark rights

1. The trade name or parts thereof may be used by the right holder in the form of a commercial mark belonging to it. 2. The trade name or parts thereof may be used by the right holder in the trademark owned by him or her. The trade name included in the trademark or service mark shall be protected irrespective of the security of the trademark or service mark.
