Article 1507: Regulation of the trademark in foreign countries and international registration of the trademark

1. Russian legal persons and citizens of the Russian Federation are entitled to register a trademark in foreign States or to carry out its international registration. The registration of a trademark shall be submitted through the federal authority for intellectual property.
