Article 42. Enforcement of an order or order
1. It is not an offence to harm the interests of a person protected by criminal law acting pursuant to an order or order binding upon him. 2. A person who has committed an intentional offence pursuant to a known unlawful order or order shall bear criminal responsibility Failure to comply with an order or order known to be unlawful excludes criminal liability.
