Article 91: Content of compulsory educational measures
1. The warning shall consist in explaining to a minor the harm caused by his or her act and the consequences of the re-offending of the offences provided for in this Code. It is the responsibility of parents or persons in loco parentis or of a specialized public authority to take responsibility for the upbringing of the minor and to monitor his/her behaviour. 3. The duty to make amends is based on the minor ' s property situation and work skills. No special requirements for the behaviour of a minor may include the prohibition of visits to certain places, the use of certain forms of leisure, including those related to mechanical management.
