Article 116.1. Beating of a person who has been subjected to administrative punishment or has a criminal record

1. Battery or other violent acts that cause physical pain but do not result in the consequences specified in article 115 of the present Code, and which do not show signs of composition. Persons subject to administrative penalties for similar acts shall be liable to a fine of up to 40,000 rubles or to a fine the convicted person ' s salary or other income for a period of up to three months, or compulsory work for a period of up to two hundred and forty hours, or corrective labour for a period of up to six months, or 2. Battery or other violent acts causing physical pain but without the consequences specified in article 115 of the present Code, and not with Persons found guilty of a violent crime under article 116 of the present Code who have been convicted of a crime shall be punished by a compulsory slave. For up to four hundred and eighty hours, either by correctional labour for up to one year, or by restriction of liberty for the same period, or by arrest for up to six months.
