Article 266. Unfavourable repair and commissioning of vehicles with technical defects

Unfavourable repair of vehicles, lines of communication, signalling or communication equipment or other transport equipment, as well as the commissioning of technically defective transmissions by the person responsible for the technical condition of the means of transport, if the acts caused serious harm to the health of the person by negligence, shall be punishable by a fine equivalent to e Between 100,000 and 300 thousand rubles, or in the amount of the convicted person ' s salary or other income for a period of one to two years, or by a restriction of liberty for a period of up to three years, or by a forced person Work for up to two years, with or without suspension of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to three years, or arrest for up to six months 2.
