Article 3.7: Confiscation of the means of commission or the object of an administrative offence

1. The confiscation of the means of commission or the object of an administrative offence is the compulsory free application to the federal property or to the property of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation. 2. The confiscation of hunting weapons, ammunition and other permitted hunting or fishing gear may not be applied to persons, 3. If property obtained as a result of the commission of an administrative offence outside the Russian Federation 15.27.3 of the present Code has been added to the property acquired legally, the portion of the property that corresponds to the costimos shall be confiscated.
