Article 4.6: The period during which a person is deemed to have been subjected to administrative punishment
1. A person who has been administratively punished for an administrative offence shall be deemed to have been subject to such punishment from the date on which the order of appointment entered into force. 2. Any person to whom the order is imposed shall be liable to an administrative penalty up to the end of one year from the date on which the execution of the order is completed, except in the cases provided for in the provisions of article 2 and 3 of this article. Administrative penalty in the form of an administrative fine for an administrative offence and which has paid an administrative fine until the date of the entry into force of the law who has ordered the imposition of an administrative penalty shall be deemed to have been subject to such punishment from the date of the entry into force of the said order until the expiry of one year from the date of payment 3. A person referred to in article 32.6.1, part 4, of this Code shall be deemed not to have been subject to administrative punishment.
