Article 5.26: Violations of the law on freedom of conscience, freedom of religion and religious associations

1. Five thousand rubles; for legal persons between 100,000 and one million rubles. 5. Violation provided for in part four of this article committed by a foreign national or a person without a nationality — carries an administrative fine of between 30,000 and 50,000 roubles with or without administrative expulsion from the Russian Federation.
