Coercion to take part in or refuse to take part in a strike through violence or threats of violence, or by using the dependent position of the coerced person, results in the imposition of an administrative bar. Apha per citizen of between 500 and 1,000 rubles; for officials of between 1,000 and 2,000 rubles.
