Article 5.66. Illicit financing of political parties that do not participate in elections and referendums

1. Making a donation to a political party or its regional office by a natural or legal person or other entity to which the Russian Federation ' s legislation on political Parties are prohibited from making donations or from making donations in violation of the procedure laid down by the law for the transfer (transfer) of a political party or its re-transfer. The Gional Division is liable to an administrative fine of between 10,000 and 15,000 rubles for citizens; officials are between 20,000 and 30,000 rubles; and officials are liable to an administrative fine of between 10,000 and 15,000 rubles for citizens. 2. Transfer (transfer) of funds and (or) other property to a natural or legal person for the purpose of making a donation The collection of funds and/or other property for the specified purposes or the provision of assistance to such collection shall be subject to the imposition of an administrative fine. For civil servants, between 10,000 and 15,000 rubles; for officials, between 20,000 and 30,000 rubles; for legal persons, between 200,000 and 300,000 rubles. 3. Making a donation to a political party or its regional office by a natural or legal person who has received money and (or) other property for the purpose of making the donation The other person is liable to an administrative fine of between 10,000 and 15,000 rubles for citizens; officials are between 20,000 and 30,000 rubles; legal persons are liable to a fine of between 10,000 and 15,000 rubles for citizens; and officials are liable to between 20,000 and 30,000 rubles for legal purposes. Two hundred thousand to three hundred thousand rubles.
