Violation of the rules governing the production, harvesting, processing, storage, sale, transport and use of agricultural seeds means the prevention or imposition of administrative measures. Fines for citizens of between 300 and 500 roubles; for officials of between 500 and 1,000 roubles; for legal persons of between 5,000 and 10,000 roubles.
