Article 13.19.6 — Infringement of information in the special permit system for heavy and (or) large road traffic the number of its operations

1. Repeated commission of an administrative offence as provided for in article 1 — carries an administrative fine of between 5,000 and 10,000 rubles on citizens; officials of between 50,000 and 100 thousand rubles on citizens 5. The repeated commission of an administrative offence provided for in paragraph 2 of this article entails the imposition of an offence on legal persons of between one hundred and fifty thousand and twenty thousand rubles. Administrative fine for citizens of between 4,000 and 7,000 rubles; for officials of between 20,000 and 30,000 rubles; for legal persons of between 50,000 and 100 tons 6. The repeated commission of an administrative offence provided for in paragraph 3 of this article is punishable by an administrative fine of between three thousand and five thousand. and thousands of rubles; for officials, between seven thousand and five hundred and ten thousand rubles; for legal persons, between fifteen thousand and twenty-five thousand rubles. In order to permit the operation of the system of special authorization, an administrative fine of between 15,000 and 25 000 roubles is imposed on officials. 8.
