Article 13.40.1 Failure of the owner of the information resource whose audience is subject to study

The repeated commission of an administrative offence provided for in article 1 entails the imposition of an administrative offence. A fine of between 30,000 and 100,000 roubles for citizens; between 100,000 and 200,000 roubles for officials; and between 500,000 and 1 million roubles for legal entities.
