Article 14.7 — Consumer fraud

Measurement, weighting or counting of consumers in the sale of goods (works, services) or other deception of consumers, except in the cases provided for in part 2 of this article, shall entail a rack. administrative fine for citizens of between 3,000 and 5,000 roubles; for officials of between 10,000 and 30,000 roubles; for legal persons of between 20,000 and 5ds 2. Misappropriation of consumers regarding consumer properties or the quality of goods (work, services) in the production of goods for the purpose of marketing or in the sale of goods (cat. 14.10, art. 14.33, para. 1, of the present Code, imposes an administrative fine on citizens in the amount of Three thousand to five thousand rubles; for officials from twelve thousand to twenty thousand rubles; for legal persons from one hundred thousand to five hundred thousand rubles.
