Article 14.26: Violations of regulations on the handling and disposal of non-ferrous and black metal scraps and wastes

Violation of the rules for the handling of scrap and waste of non-ferrous metals (reception, accounting, storage, transport), except as provided for in article 8.2, parts 1 to 10, part 2 of article 8.6 Article 8.31, part 2, of the present Code, as well as their exclusion, imposes an administrative fine on citizens of between 2,000 and 2,000 500 roubles, with the confiscation of items of Adm. For officials, between 4,000 and 5,000 rubles with or without confiscation of administrative offences; for legal persons Between 50,000 and 100,000 rubles, with or without confiscation of items of administrative offence.
