Article 15.47: Violations of mandatory requirements for the accounting and storage of precious metals, precious stones and their products, reporting or inventory

Violation of regulations for the accounting of precious metals, precious stones and their products, failure to report on statutory forms for the movement of precious metals and precious materials of stones in any form, status or reporting of incorrect evidence of actual discharge of precious metals and gems, or failure to provide information, prior to on precious metals and precious stones in the State integrated information system for the control of trafficking in precious metals In, in and out of precious stones and articles thereof at all stages of this traffic, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on precious metals and precious stones, the adm shall be applied. Indirect fine of between 20,000 and 50,000 rubles for officials; 30,000 to 60,000 rubles for individual entrepreneurs; and legal persons 1.1 The repeated commission of an administrative offence provided for in paragraph 1 of this article shall be subject to an administrative fine. For officials ranging from 50,000 to 700,000 rubles; for individual entrepreneurs from 60,000 to 100,000 rubles; for legal persons from 100,000 to one hundred and two rubles 2. Infringement of regulations for the storage and inventory of precious metals, precious stones and their products shall be punishable by an administrative fine of one to three years ' imprisonment. Forty thousand to seventy thousand rubles; for individual entrepreneurs between fifty thousand and eighty thousand rubles; for legal persons between eighty thousand and one hundred thousand rubles.
