Article 16.21 Illegal use, acquisition, storage or transport of goods

Use of goods illegally trans-shipped across the customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union for which customs duties, taxes or non-compliance have not been paid international treaties of the member States of the Eurasian Economic Union, decisions of the Eurasian Economic Commission, legal acts of the Russian Federation, prohibitions and restrictions I, or goods issued, including conditionally, in accordance with the customs procedure, the use of which, the transfer of possession or use or otherwise Ami are allowed in violation of the prohibitions and (or) restrictions imposed, and the acquisition, storage or transport of such goods is subject to an administrative fine against officials in the country.
