Article 19.25: Failure to perform military transport duties

Failure to comply with military transport obligations established by Russian law carries with it a warning or an administrative fine of 15 citizens. One thousand to twenty-five thousand rubles; for officials from forty thousand to fifty thousand rubles; for legal persons from three hundred fifty thousand to four hundred thousand rubles.
