Article 23.14: Federal Veterinary Surveillance Organizations

1. Federal public veterinary oversight bodies shall deal with administrative offences provided for in article 8.52 (within the limits of their powers),c Articles 8.53 (within the limits of their powers), articles 10.6 to 10.8.1, paragraphs 1 and 2 of article 14.43, articles 14.44 to 14.46, paragraphs 1 to 4 of article 14.46.2, paragraphs 8 and 8.1 of article 19.5 of the present Code. In cases of administrative offences on behalf of the bodies referred to in part 1 of this article, within the limits of their powers, the following persons are entitled: (1) Chief State Veterinary Inspector of the Russian Federation Fed (2) Chief State veterinary inspectors of the Russian Federation for the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, their deputies; (3) no longer in force since 1 January 2020 — Federal Z. acon of 27 December 2019 N 448-FZ 4) ceased to be in force as of 1 January 2020 — Federal Act of 27 December 2019 N 448-FZ (5) — Chief Veterinary Inspectors; (6) Main States Veterinary inspectors of the federal executive bodies in the field of defence, internal affairs, the activities of the National Guard of the Russian Federation, arms trafficking, private sector Guards, out-of-court security, enforcement of criminal sanctions, State security, security of the Russian Federation and their territorial bodies, replace them I don’t think so.
