Article 23.15: Federal executive body responsible for federal quarantine phytosanitary supervision, State supervision of the safe management of pesticides and agricultural chemicals and State land supervision (on the use and protection of agricultural land)

1. Federal executive body responsible for federal quarantine phytosanitary supervision, State supervision of the safe management of pesticides and agrochemicals and State land supervision (with regard to the use and protection of agricultural land regulated by Federal Act No. 101-FZ of 24 July 2002 7.18, art. 8) and its territorial authorities deal with administrative offences provided for in article 7.18. .3 (in respect of administrative offences relating to violations of the regulations for the treatment of pesticides and agrochemicals in the storage and use of pesticides and agrochemicals), article 8.6 (in respect of the Administering Minister) Acts against agricultural lands regulated by Federal Act No. 101-FZ of 24 July 2002 on the trafficking of agricultural land Under article 8.7, part 1 and part 2 of the administrative offences committed against agricultural land regulated by the Federal Act No. 101-FZ of 24 July 2002 on the turnover of agricultural land, grapelands), article 8.8, paragraphs 2 and 2.1, articles 10.1 to 10.3, article 10.9, to be adopted 2. To consider articles 14.44 to 14.46, paragraphs 1 to 4 of article 14.46, paragraphs 1 to 4 of the present Code. Administrative offences on behalf of the bodies referred to in part 1 of this article are entitled to: (1) Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Executive Authority exercising the federal authority State quarantine phytosanitary supervision, State supervision for the safe management of pesticides and agrochemicals, and State land surveillance (in respect of use) (i) The management and protection of agricultural land, which is regulated by Federal Act No. 101-FZ of 24 July 2002 on the circulation of agricultural land); Is it possible for the entities of the federal executive branch authorized to carry out federal quarantine phyto-sanitary supervision, in the field of safe management of pesticides and agrochemicals and State land surveillance (for the use and protection of agricultural land for which trafficking regulated by Federal Act No. 101-FZ of 24 July 2002 on the circulation of agricultural land), their deputies; (3) the heads of the territorial bodies of the federal authority of the Government oversight of the safe management of pesticides and agrochemicals and states Land supervision (in respect of the use and protection of agricultural lands regulated by Federal Act No. 101-FZ of 24 July 2002 on the circulation of rural land) 4. Heads of the structural units of these territorial bodies authorized to carry out the federal state quarantine service Health supervision, State supervision of the safe management of pesticides and agrochemicals and State land surveillance (with regard to the use and protection of rural lands) Under Federal Act No. 101-FZ of 24 July 2002 on the turnover of agricultural land, the two deputies are responsible for the management of agricultural land.
