Article 23.33. Federal executive body responsible for the federal State supervision of the use of nuclear energy

1. The federal executive body responsible for the federal State supervision of the use of nuclear energy hears cases of administrative offences committed against the public. Article 7.30.3 (in the case of products and processes for which safety requirements for the use of nuclear energy are established) article 8.5 (in the case of products and processes for which safety requirements for the use of nuclear energy are established) 9.6, parts 1 and 2, articles 14.43, articles 14.44 to 14.46, parts 1 to 4, article 14.46.2, article 19.2, part 17 2. Administrative offences may be dealt with on behalf of the authority referred to in Part 1 of this Article by: (1) the head of the Federal Executive, The Federal State Monitoring of the Use of Atomic Energy, its deputies; (2) the territorial heads of the Federal Executive Authority, the federal State supervision of the use of nuclear energy, their deputies; (3) the chief State inspectors of the federal executive body exercising Federal State supervision of the use of nuclear energy; (4) Heads of Divisions, Deputy Heads of Division, Chief State Inspectors, Senior State Inspectorate The State inspectors of the territorial bodies of the federal executive branch responsible for the federal State supervision of the use of nuclear energy.
