Article 23.35. Organizations of the executive branch of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation carrying out regional State supervision in the field of the technical condition of self-propelled machinery and other types of equipment

1. The executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation carrying out regional State supervision in the field of the technical condition of self-propelled machines and other types of equipment have considered: Cases of administrative offences under articles 8.22.8.23 (in respect of equipment under the supervision of the said authorities) of article 9.3, article 12.37 (in respect of machinery under the supervision of the said authority) 2. To deal with administrative offences on behalf of the State party ' s State party ' s failure to comply with the provisions of article 14.43, article 14.44, paragraph 1, article 19.22 (in the case of equipment under the supervision of the said authorities). (1) The principal State engineers — inspectors of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation for the supervision of the technical condition of self-propelled machinery and other equipment — may: (2) Chief Government engineers — city inspectors, areas of supervision of self-propelled machinery and other types of machinery, and their deputies.
