Article 23.36.2: The executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation carrying out State control over the transport of passengers and luggage by road and by urban land by electric transport

The executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation carrying out State control over the transport of passengers and luggage by road and by land They shall deal with administrative offences under article 11.33 of the present Code in cases where agreements between the federal executive authorities and 2.
