Article 23.51. Organizations exercising State control (oversight) in the field of state-controlled prices (tariffs)

1. The authorities responsible for State control (oversight) in the area of State-controlled prices (tariffs) deal with administrative offences under article 9.15, part Article 9.16, part 4 of article 14.4.2. Article 14.6, part 5 of article 19.5, article 19 7.1, part 1 of article 19.8.1 (as regards administrative offences committed by natural monopolies and (or) solid municipal waste operators, regional op. 2. To deal with cases of administrative offences on behalf of the authorities, by decree Part 1 of this article, within the limits of its powers, is entitled to: (1) the head of the federal executive body exercising federal State control (oversight) in the area of p. State-controlled prices (tariffs), their deputies; (2) the heads of the units of the federal executive body exercising federal control (under the supervision of the State) (c) In the area of State-controlled prices (tariffs), their deputies; (3) the heads of the executive bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation implementing regional State counter-measures; ole (oversight) in the area of state-controlled prices (tariffs), their alternates.
